1. Service Approval

All repair services are carried out only after customer approval of diagnosis and estimated cost. Without approval, no repair work will be started.

2. Pricing Policy

The estimated cost is shared before starting any repair work. Final charges depend on actual issue found during inspection.

3. Warranty Terms

We provide limited warranty on repaired parts for a specified period. Warranty covers only the same issue repaired earlier and does not cover physical damage or mishandling.

4. Spare Parts

We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts depending on availability and customer approval.

5. Service Limitations

In some cases, certain old or heavily damaged devices may not be repairable. In such cases, the technician will inform you before proceeding.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking before technician visit without any charge. Once service work has started, applicable service charges may apply.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, data loss, or unrelated issues in the device. Customers are advised to back up data before repair if required.

8. Service Area

Our services are currently available in Gurgaon and nearby regions only, depending on technician availability.
